and would like to cancel your contract for that evening class, please fill out the form below.<\/p>\n<p>Before filling out the form, please read the following instructions, which you will also find in your registration confirmation::<\/p>\n<header class=\"entry-content-header\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"av_iconlist_title iconlist_title \"><strong>Deposit upon registration<\/strong><br \/>\nYou have paid a deposit upon registration, which will be used for the last month of your contract period.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Course fee<\/strong><br \/>\nYou pay a course fee per module (usually 4 weeks) based on your contract duration. Your language course has an unlimited duration until you actively cancel the contract.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can cancel the course <strong>at the end of a course module<\/strong> by notifying us at the beginning of the same course module (usually this means there is <strong>at least 4 weeks notice<\/strong>). If you cancel your language course, the deposit you paid when you registered will be used for your last course module.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"iconlist_content
